Return eligibility

Perfume must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Any original seals must be intact. Please provide your order number or proof of purchase.

How to request a return

Contact us through our Contact page within the 7-day window. Include your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the return address. Please contact us before sending any item back.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will let you know whether the return meets the eligibility requirements. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and photos so we can help resolve the issue. The unopened-item requirement above applies to change-of-mind returns.
